FREE CONSULTATION

We provide every new client with a complimentary consultation with one of our expert practitioners. This begins your personalized journey of sustained natural beauty with Spa Radiance Medical. Our practitioners will take the time to understand what you most want to achieve, and will discuss options for meeting your goals to look and feel your best.

GOOD FAITH EXAM

Before we treat you for the first time, a nurse practitioner will go over your medical history and ensure you are medically cleared for the treatment. This is a quick session that takes less than 15 minutes.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

When we book your appointment, we will ask for a credit card. Your card will not be charged, it is simply required to hold the appointment for you. A couple of the treatments we offer take a longer amount of time, and those require a deposit.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

After you book your appointment, please review the preparation instructions posted on our website for the treatment you are receiving. Many treatments require you to avoid sun, specific medications, supplements and products prior to your treatment. Please follow the instructions so you get optimal results.

YOUR TREATMENT

We kindly ask that you arrive 5 or 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please allow time to park. If you are running late, please give us a call so we can determine if your appointment can be kept.

ETIQUETTE

To ensure a peaceful, relaxing environment for all guests, please turn your cell phone to vibrate and refrain from using it in the spa. While we love our four-footed friends, only service animals are allowed inside the spa. Children 12 years or older are welcome to join you. Please leave valuables at home, as the spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please give us advance notice to avoid a cancellation fee. To avoid losing your deposit, please give 48-hour notice to reschedule treatments that require a deposit. For all other treatments, please provide at least 24-hour notice to reschedule the appointment, to avoid a $150 cancellation fee.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards. Please bring your credit card to your appointment so we can swipe it. We can accept cash if you bring the exact amount. We cannot make change.
